Balikumbat Mayor tables stunning appeal to Administrative Heads.

Braving the odds through the thorny and thick partial grass filled roads one could barely tell with optimism whether or not there are people living in the Balikumbat municipality. Cognizant therefore that there exists the need for a return to normalcy,further substantiated by the growing need for economic empowerment in an era grossly hit by the crisis, Balikumbat mayor Wasum Augustine Lehdohga, used the rare opportunity of the installation of the DO to table worries and demands to his divisional head for onward positive actions or transmission if need be.
He insisted the advent of insecurity in the municipality has left many as internally displaced persons (IDPs) who have since taken up abodes in nearby towns and villages. He insisted a definite solution is the only way out.
Augustine Wasum went further to say "the creation of an enabling environment, sensitization of the population will in essence be a booster. “Furthermore, the population of Balikumbat will be pleased if your administration is pivoted on the four cardinal points of peace, forgiveness, reconciliation and mutual construction”, he said. He further insisted as municipal executives they rely on the level-headedness of the administrative authority for effective and credible governance to be attained.
It is therefore incumbent on administration to set goals right and enable municipal authorities plunge into their role of enabling and providing their municipalities with the best of services.
