“The bill was timely and expected, and of course what interests me most in the bill is the fact that there is a section which deals with the special status for the North West and South West Regions. When you read further, it says, two other texts will come out to give us the content and how the special status will function. So, the days ahead are pregnant. We will go into work and actually see what that will bring as far as decentralization is concerned.”
