New Year bonanza: Dr. Dewah drops treatment cost by 50 percent.

It will cost half less to obtain a clean bill of health at DR DEWAH AND BROS MODERN TRADITIONAL CLINIC INTERNATIONAL, one of the leading Traditional Medical health structures in the CENTRAL AFRICAN SUBREGION. The good news is contained in Dr Dewah’s New Year’s message for 2020 in which he also calls on the authorities who are responsible for the Anglophone crisis to “set aside their pride and go to a good negotiation table” so that normalcy can return to pave the way for the man in the street to access affordable health care offered by his clinic thanks to “assistance from some people of Good Will”. Following is Dr Dewah’s New Year’s message of hope for 2020:

HAPPY AND PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR 2020. I wish to extend this New Year Message of hope to all the Nations of the world. Before I begin as usual permit me thank the Almighty for granting us another new year despite the tense atmosphere characterised by terror all over the World. If you and I are living today, it is by God's grace considering the high rate of insecurity all over the globe. The just ended year was no better than the previous ones and this new year may not be better either if the Almighty does not intervene. With wars here and there, due to IGNORANCE, NEGLEGENCE and above all ARROGANCE on the part of some world key leaders in conflict resolution, many countries across the globe have witnessed severe loss of human life and properties. The case of CAMEROON in a nutshell is not different. The country is engulfed by conflicts , conflicts that could have been settled easily like blowing out a small flame from the eye of a stick of match when it started. Now due to these IGNORANCE, NEGLIGENCE AND ARROGANCE they have escalated to this devastated state. This is not different from what most countries in the world are going through.

THE WAY FORWARD:- Set ARROGANCE aside and go back to the history of all these conflicts , you will have them solved just like blowing out a small flame from the eye of a stick of match which I have just mentioned. In view of the above situations the population is exposed to so many health hazards and so many other factors relating to health problems. Governments in conflicts will hardly pay attention to the well-being of her civilian population, while the military they well equipped will be perishing. All the money that could have been spent in developing and building the country are wasted to support war.

In the light of the above many businesses will have to close down; the ones that are striving will be at the verge of collapse. The is the case with our health structure DR DEWAH AND BROS MODERN TRADITIONAL CLINIC INTERNATIONAL one of the leading Traditional Medical health structures in the CENTRAL AFRICAN SUBREGION. We were to celebrate our 40th anniversary in the practice of AFRICAN MODERN TRADITIONAL MEDICINE in November 2018 which could not take place due to these impasses. The AFRICAN NATIONS CUP which was supposed to hold in CAMEROON in 2019 could not hold owing to these conflicts. And we are not certain when the atmosphere will be clear for things to come to normalcy. Except the authorities who are responsible with these crises set aside their pride and go to a good negotiation table, the country will remain like that. Before I take leave of you, I crave your indulgence, you people of Good Will especially public authorities who are responsible with these conflicts resolutions as far as our countries are concerned to take fast measures to resolve these crises hitting our countries . Then our health structure DR DEWAH AND BROS MODERN TRADITIONAL INTERNATIONAL which I represent that has the challenges in bringing Traditional medicine to light will do everything to make sure that it continues to play that role , that of serving the people especially the man in the street who is our main target . Many years back I have pleaded with GOVERNMENTS OF CAMEROON, AFRICA AND THE WORLD to assist Traditional medicine which in some extent the WHO has recognized that about 80% of the world population depend on this medicine, but because of the non-assistance from Governments and health ministries these structures cannot give access to high quality services to the population.

OUR ACHIEVEMENTS : In terms of our achievements coupled with these socio - political and economic climate things were in a standstill. We could not meet up with our Targets which were to give access to the man in the street because of the high cost of our medicines. However, we continued successfully with our plan of action for the year 2019 to the end. We set up more mobile units to meet up with the demands of the population.

OUR PLAN OF ACTION FOR 2020 : We will continue in the same line like the previous years , in organising health sensitisation, informative and educative campaigns throughout the countries of the CENTRAL AFRICAN SUBREGION . With some assistance from some people of Good Will our medicines in 2020 will witness great drop in prices of some of the medicines especially those of VENEREAL AND VIRAL INFECTIONS AND MANY OTHER COMMON DISEASES THAT ARE AFFECTING MAJORITY OF THE POPULATION. These will witness up to about 50% drop in cost. Once more in conclusion of this new year message of hope , I wish to crave the indulgence of the CAMEROONIAN AUTHORITIES to speedily resolve the crises affecting our country especially the two English speaking Regions .
