Ayah International Foundation drags Dr. Success Nkongho, others to court.

The Ayah International Foundation(AIF) has filed a lawsuit against some individuals, media organs and social media platforms at the court of first instance in Yaounde.

According to a release signed by the Ayah Ayah Abine, president of the Ayah International foundation,  on Tuesday 7th January 2020, the lawsuit is against Dr. Success Nkongho, Njume Frankline, Ernest Obama, Vision 4 TV, “Ma Kontry Pipo Dem” ( a social media platform) and L’Anecdote newspaper for exaggerated defamation, blackmail and propagation of hate speech against Ayah International Foundation (AIF). The defendants are accused of defaming the foundation by declaring that it was buying, importing and distributing arms to “Amba Boys” in the North West and South West regions.

AIF said it would work with the judicial police, diplomatic representatives, interpol US and UK government, Facebook administration and Cameroonians to ” …oblige people and media houses mentioned above to provide evidence in a law court of their declarations”.

The Ayah International Foundation vowed that similar lawsuits would be filed in US and other Europe.
