9 February 2020 twin polls: Manyu political guru, Nfor Tabetando, urges population to embrace a new Cameroon.

Nfor Tabetando, Senate Deputy Speaker, has called on Manyu sons and daughters to be prepared to tenaciously embrace a new Cameroon that has been perfectly designed to meet their socio-economic and political aspirations.

The Manyu political guru made the clarion call last Wednesday February 29,2020, at the Mamfe town hall ,during the official launching of CPDM Manyu  Divisional  campaigns for the February 9th Legislative and Municipal elections.

Some very keen observers have qualified the February 29th CPDM confab as the biggest and most successful political rendez-vous since the commencement of the Anglophone crisis with horrendous consequences so far. It was during this grandiose and mammoth political meeting that the political iroko of Manyu,  Nfor Tabetando, urged the population of Manyu to grab the  golden opportunity of the new decentralisation policy that  gives the English-speaking regions  a special status.

After praising the Head of State President Paul Biya for such an amazing political  initiative, the Senate Speaker further intimated that ”time has come for our noble Chiefs to  regain their integrity , pride and respect, with the coming of the House of Chiefs expected to fully galvanise the authority and influence  of our  Chiefdoms in the English speaking Regions”. He cautioned Manyu people to be law-abiding  and be steadfast in pursuing their economic activities in order to come out from the socio-economic  quagmire and to prevent further  premature deaths across the Division.

Nfor Tabetando thanked the local administrative authorities and local party officials for the pains they have been taking so far to brave the security challenges for peace to return in the Division. As peace and normalcy keep on returning swiftly in the Division, the Senior Senate official ejaculated confidently during his campaign discourse that“ Akwaya  Subdivision should be prepared to receive a big rice production factory that would create more job opportunities for the youths and the commercialisation of rice in the Subdivision and beyond ,while the people  of Eyumojock Subdivision would soon be blessed with  a giant palm oil producing company  that will not only help in creating many job opportunities, but also the  boosting of local palm plantations within the communities  and beyond ”.

Nfor Tabetando reiterated that to achieve all these projects, including the  tarring of the remaining stretch of road from Bakebe to Mbinjom along the Kumba- Mamfe road project, the population of Manyu must unequivocally demonstrate  their unflinching and unalloyed support to the Head of State.

He called on all Manyu sons and daughters from every nook and cranny  to vote massively for the CPDM Parliamentary and Council lists come February 9th 2020 in order to demonstrate that peace is fast returning to the restive English speaking Regions of the country.

The February 29th CPDM launching of this Sunday’s legislative and municipal elections in Manyu  Division was a grandiose and ground breaking event that brought together political bigwigs and stalwarts of CPDM in the Division, like  the Minister of Special Duties at the Presidency, Victor Arrey Mengot, who is also the CPDM Divisional campaign leader; the Technical Adviser at the Presidency of the Republic ,Prof Echu George; the Mayor of the Mamfe Council, Ayuk Takunchong John; Prof. Teddy Ako; Dr. Ebot Ebot of ANTIC; Prof. Nkeng George Elambo of the Yaounde  Advanced School of Public Works, Traditional and Religious leaders, as well as thousands of  enthusiastic CPDM militants from all sections and subsections of the party. They all had one message, the return to normalcy and 100% vote for the CPDM lists.

Observers have keenly remarked that the grass roots in Manyu  is so glued to the great CPDM party as a result of the  magnanimous temperament of some political leaders of this great  party, and Nfor Tabetando is such an indisputable magnetic force to reckon with. He was the architect of an oil company, Euroil, that generated a lot of jobs. His very magnanimous and unprecedented largesse to support the actions of the party, individuals and groups and the recruitment of so many Manyu people provoked a wave of appreciation across the board. The  CPDM party in general keeps on thanking him for the amazing financial support for its growth and activities.

The servant of Manyu CPDM, Nfor Tabetando, is expected to have a lot of  followers across the Division. The Catholic community in Manyu holds him in high esteem, following his colossal contribution for the construction of a Spiritual Center in Bachuo Ntai , which is helping exceedingly for the spiritual rearmament of Catholic faithfuls of this community and beyond.

The Mamfe Cottage hospital is the place where bills of the downtrodden were  settled by the Senate President to rescue them from the shackles of penury. CPDM grassroots would not also forget his initiative in awarding scholarships to the less privileged people. These and many other reasons strongly demonstrate why CPDM militants stay so committed and glued to their father Nfor Tabetando and to the party in general.
