Anglophone pro-independence groups urged to sign Declaration of Unity in Purpose; Cho Ayaba flayed.
Christopher Messner, a one-time staunch supporter of the AGC says he wants collaboration between groups and the IG. He says we cannot be ruled from jail and points out that: " ...it is very irresponsible of Cho Ayaba to block the Swiss process just because he always has to do his own thing." Read him below:
FELLOW AMBALANDERS,
When I go through the IG’s letter to some US-Congressmen and -women I must say it is excellent and when I listen to Dr. Sako’s last speech to the people I find it also excellent. So when I read it through again and listened to each single point again, I truly think AGovC and SCCOP agree to all these basic points, since these are all the non-negotiable demands of Ambazonia which Dr. Ayaba and Taka/Millan also demand all the time. So why can all our groups and IG and Nera10 not sign a Declaration of Unity in Purpose and their leaders demonstrate handshake on TV to the world? Can any leader afford to be an egomaniac, reckless bulldozer during a genocide where a million tortured souls are crying for immediate rescue and maximum strength of United Amba Forces?
Well, each group or Interim government leader has his own ideal path in his head, which is natural and not bad, but for a coalition or pragmatic collaboration based on fundamental consensus points nobody needs to compromise his positions that much, especially when there are so many basic consensus points.
Even if the handshake among leaders would be just a facade, Ambazonia absolutely needs this facade on the diplomatic front in order to demonstrate to the world that in the basics all Ambazonians are on the same page!
I miss this “wisdom”, which is just common sense, with Cho Ayaba, Sisiku Tabe, Millan Atam, Fon Dinka, and Edwin Ngang. They all say: “If it is not my way then I don’t coalesce.” But Ambazonia doesn’t need anybody’s pure “my way” right now, Ambazonia needs the handshake of all leaders concerning the basic points: stop of genocide, end of Biya regime, withdrawal of Biya troops, recognition of constitutional independence of Ambaland, humanitarian aid, democracy, anti-corruption. Is that really so difficult to understand? Is it really so difficult to grasp for occupants of the Titanic rescue boat to row out of the sinking zone instead of fighting over the nicest position in that boat?
“President” Sisiku Tabe shall be honored forever for uniting the Ambazonians and making them march for freedom, but he should recognize that he is not a Mandela because Mandela was a guerilla leader before getting into prison while Tabe was not into politics yet, so of course nobody can run a government out of the enemy’s dungeon. Therefore, an outside acting interim government is necessary and to be respected, but of course it’s AIP should also not care for any title and income but serve the people. As far as I know some part of MTTB is still available in a Quickbook account and it only needs a good collaboration between Nera10 and Sako-IG to set it free and spend on GZ.
Can’t we understand that we all need to stop believing in all these group labels and titles or entitlements and expectation of others to do liberation for us and start to do the fight ourselves altogether? Isn’t it obvious that all these diaspora slogans like “LGA by LGA” or “County by County” or “Block by Block” are just empty words because all what counts on GZ is military logistic effectiveness of all Amba soldiers with all Ambazonian population altogether? We really must stop falling for the enemy’s tricks to divide us!
And since we always need both a strong defense and a strong diplomacy, all leaders and groups shall advocate the Swiss offer of mediated table talks between two equal parties, because otherwise nobody in the world takes Ambazonia seriously as a state who behaves like a state. Otherwise the world just looks at us as a bunch of rogue troublemakers. Of course, Ambazonia must not give any of her non-negotiable demands away on that table, but we have to at least tell them at an internationally recognized dialogue table! Otherwise we are not even heard! And all our leaders ARE on the same page already concerning our non-negotiable demands, as Sako’s letter to the US-Congress demonstrated. Therefore, it is very irresponsible of Cho Ayaba to block the Swiss process just because he always has to do his own thing. That is not how Martin Luther King acted.
And we in the Diaspora, who have no military training, should stop commenting emotionally on military logistics on ground zero also. If asymmetric warfare is done professionally, then the news is full of fake news to confuse the enemy. So stay cool and let the professionals do the thing. And focus on fundraising and teaching the world how urgent it is to stop the genocide done by Biya and how beautiful a future Ambaland and Camerounland can be each when they are free from neocolonial exploiters.
LONG LIVE AMBALAND!
