Hon. Kwei Andrew Mngo, MP for Oku/Noni.
Hon. Kwei Andrew Mngo, MP for Oku/Noni.
Born on 20th September 1970 in Mbam-Oku, Bui Division, Hon. Kwei is a primary school teacher by profession.
After attending Catholic School Mbam-Oku from 1975-1982, he enrolled into Government High School Kumbo, coming out with GCE A/L in 1989. He graduated from the University of Yaounde in 1992 with a BA Hons. in English Language and then went into Government Teacher Training College Nkambe, coming out with CAPIEMP in 1999.
He has been Head teacher of GS Nkwi-Oku, GS Mbam-Oku and Principal of Comprehensive Secondary School Djottin-Noni, before being hit by the political virus.
After dabbling in Bui III YCPDM politics, he became MP for Oku/Noni in 2007, a post he has maintained till date, for lack of a formidable challenger.
