PAP joins fight against COVID 19.

The dreaded nature of coronavirus pandemic demands fundamental changes in the habits of Cameroonians to stop the spread. It is on this basis that the Popular Action Party (PAP)has joined the campaign against coronavirus.

The political party headed by Njang Denis distributed materials to bar the way against COVID 19 to the population of New Town Limbe in the South West region of Cameroon.

According to Fabrice Lena, communication secretary of the PAP, “we offered face masks, hand sanitizers, buckets and tablet of soaps to the people“. He added that the political party equally handed financial assistance to some vulnerable internally displaced persons Wednesday April 15th 2020.

While promising that the party intended to continue the gesture to Buea, Bafoussam, Yaounde and other towns, the party has described government supposed battle with political parties over the raising of funds to fight against the pandemic as a mere distraction.

“The government of Paul Biya has failed for over 4 decades to handle crisis. This is evident in the manner of tackling COVID 19”, Fabrice Lena added.
