Bui Division mourns former SDF MP.
Hon. Shey Lawrence Ngoran, former Member of Parliament, MP, for the Nkum-Mbiame constituency in Bui Division of the North West Region, is reported to have died on June 2 in Yaounde.
Hon. Ngoran was MP on the SDF ticket during the 7th legislative assembly. During his mandate, the honourable gentleman to satisfy the countless demands of his constituents that span over two subdivision of Nkum and Mbven. He was However succeeded by Hon. Mbiybe Caroline whose own mandate ended during the last parliamentary polls ceding over the position to a CPDM candidate, the first of its kinds since the reintroduction of multiparty politics in Cameroon. Hon. Ngoran who has been down with poor health for quite a while, was taken to Yaounde for better medical attention until his demise last June 2. According to a funeral programme made public by the family, his mortal remains will be removed from the Central Hospital mortuary, Yaounde, and he will be buried at the Catholic Church cemetery, Futru, Nkwen-Bamenda
