Unbelievable but true. A female student performed the feat of giving birth to twins during the writing of the BEPC exam and then returning to finish the paper she was writing.
The miracle by Justine Oye occurred in Mengong, near Ebolowa in the south Region. According to CRTV Radio, the Form 4 student of espagnole at Lycée de Mengong, who had been pregnant for months went to the exam hall that day not expecting such an event. It was right in the middle of the STV paper, at about 9 am that she experienced labour pains. Alerted, officials called in a midwife from the infirmary.
Speaking to CRTV, the midwife, identified as Lili Assembe, said, she arrived while the girl was in labour pains and took control of the situation, resulting in the first baby coming out at 9:01 am and the second at 9: 15 am. In 25 minutes all was okay but the unexpected was to still happen. The young mother performed the feat of going back to the examination hall to finish writing her paper. She then continued to write the English paper that followed suit. At the end of the writing exercise, she was taken to the hospital where she was reported doing fine.
