Nfon Mukete IV Ekoko distributes 6500 dollars donation for victims of Kumba School Shooting!

The association of sons and daughters who grew up in Kumba now based in the United states called the K town Association of Atlanta, has reached out to the seven families who lost their children in the Kumba school shooting last Saturday October 24th, 2020.
The K town association in their usual magnanimity to the people of Kumba donated close to 4000 Dollars to the families.
Handing over the envelope to the families, His Majesty Nfon Mukete IV Ekoko said after receiving words from K town Association of Atlanta about their support to the victims, he immediately organized some of his friends in Cameroon who equally donated generously to the tune of 2500 dollars making a significant 6500 dollars that was distributed to the seven families.
Nfon Mukete IV Ekoko thanked the K town Association for their support and love for Kumba. He urged them to continue with the same spirit of sharing, noting that there is more blessings in giving.
Back home, His Majesty thanked the Mayo Family in Kribi for their spontaneous reactions when they were introduced the solidarity fund project.
A total of three million five hundred thousand was shared amongst the seven families with each of them bagging home five hundred thousand Francs (500.000FCFA).
The coordinator of the solidarity fund project, Nfon Mukete IV Ekoko, said, there are still lots of other donors around the world who would certainly be reacting as time goes on.
Speaking on behalf of the bereaved families, Pastor Boniface Tamugwa, father of Victory the only boy who died during the incident, thanked the K town Association of Atlanta USA for their immense support and generosity towards their families in this moment of grief. He equally expressed his gratitude towards the other donors who thought of them during this difficult time in their lives. He said he believed the blood of the seven children massacred in Mother Francisca International Bilingual Academy last Saturday October 24th would serve as a turning point to peace and stability to the North West and South West regions of Cameroon.
He thanked God for what happened and prayed for the resumption of peace Kumba.
K town Association of Atlanta USA interventions to Kumba so far.
The K town Association of Atlanta USA ,apart from responding to Kumba school shooting victims has been very supportive to the Kumba people especially in the domain of health. Its president, Nyambi Scott, and other members have been donating hospital equipment to the Kumba District Hospital with most recently the medicalised ambulance.
Amongst others things, they have donated bags of rich soap, vegetable oil and other detergents to nursing mothers at the maternity of the District hospital and to victims of the fire inferno of the hospital in February 11, 2019.
In all, the K town Association of Atlanta USA are sons and daughters of Kumba regardless of their backgrounds who want to meet Kumba in a much more better state than they left it.
