Rev. Anye Mo Anye: The Board of Trustees, PCC.
Something in the form of a tract is in circulation titled "Reliable Sources", and pointing to
1. "Procedure to Amend or Revise the PCC Constitution"
2. "Adoption of PCC Constitution!"
What or who makes it reliable? What is the purpose of such a tract on the social media by those who claim the PCC is not run on "social media"? To divert readers' attention to their Agenda of scamming the PCC elections! Meanwhile there are very important issues on how the current PCC moderator and Financial Secretary have been siphoning PCC's monies for their private interests!
In my Paper of July 1st, 2019 I not only raised salient issues, I stated the facts as they are providing a lead for investigation, since I am not a forensic fraud detector. But as the pastor friend that I am, I suggested how we could resolve our current crisis and move forward. Rather than focus on such important points, what we see is deliberate acts of bad faith meant to constantly misdirect the PCC towards the private and selfish agenda of some.
However, I think it's my responsibility to continuously point the PCC pastors and faithfuls to where our focus must be in such a time as this! All Fonki, Ndive and Masok care for is next election to legitimise their stay in power. Reason why their "chief high priest" will stop at nothing to perpetrate their scamming schemes!
I come up again to remind them that facts are stubborn, and that unless these issues are looked into under their leadership they would only be confirming my point - that they must be impeached or banned from any Synod election.
Let me provide still more of the ungodly scamming at the helm of the PCC! I am neither an architect nor a construction engineer but anyone with an eye can appreciate buildings on a construction site. I personally visited the PCC Mfou school project site, and what I saw made me weep for PCC at the hands of these "dealers"! This led me to investigate how payments were made or are being made. We are told PCC Bastos does the payment through its cash book. If so, is it possible for that congregation to have paid all the 1 billion 98 million as stated in the PCC's financial statements of 2018? Certainly not! There is a financial scam on this particular project involving Fonki, Masok and Ndive. Payments made by PCC Bastos are duplicated by Ndive at the Synod office as if to the same contractor, but amounts siphoned to private projects belonging to him and Fonki! The appetite for money and power is not only on the rise between the trio (Fonki, Ndive and Masok) but is at the very basis of the PCC's ongoing insanity!
It is an open secret that there is one faithful contractor of Meta origin by Name "Agwe", who is facilitating all the dirty deals? This "Agwe" is currently the contractor working on the PCSS Douala school project which is not owned by PEA, but payment to it is effected using PCC funds. Is it deliberate scamming to make "Agwe" the contractor of PCSS Mfou Y'de and PCSS Douala?
Another contractor to watch out for is the Awing man called Sungepong Edwards whom Fonki inherited from Asana. He has been involved in some dirty deals before with Fonki, like in the PSS Mankon dormitory project worth over 85 million, and the CCM renovation scam project involving over 93 million. He is the one who has been awarded the over 1 billion FCFA hospital project meant for Kumba but now being relocated to Limbe municipality.
Can anyone explain why there were no public invitations to tender for all these projects?
Is it new news to hear that Fonki is the reason why the paper factory project at Presprint Limbe has been abandoned? Why should Fonki use the office of the Moderator to siphon 100. 000.000 CFA from that project, just to kill it? Why should Fonki and Ndive, with the complicity of the Education Secretary, embezzle the PEA state Subvention to PEA teachers and falsely claim the teachers have been paid? Why are these people so heartless regarding the misery of our teachers? Why?
Even meagre donations that come through Mission 21 yearly to PCC departments have now been privatized by Fonki and Ndive! The departments no longer receive these grants meant for approved projects, even though the PCC keeps receiving the grant from Mission 21.
This is not to mention CBS project funds, all of which have been diverted to private interests of Fonki and Ndive!!!
One thing I give as my guarantee to all these facts is my ministry as a pastor of the PCC. I insist on the investigation of all what I have been raising, and if not found to be true, I should be dismissed as a pastor of the PCC. My condition for this is that Prof Dorothy L. Njeuma head such an inquiry, assisted by Moderator Emeritus Dr. Nyansako Ni Nku and Synod Clerk Emeritus Dr. J. N. Dah, in collaboration with substantive bona fide members of the BOT, with the expertise of forensic fraud detectors with a known track record of probity.
Humbly Submitted,
Anye-Mo-Anye Mandzong.
The Village Pastor,
Souza Parish.
