Call for Justice II: An Open Letter to PCC Pastors, Synod Members and PCC Faithfuls.

In my last outing I raised, among other issues, the Telco scam. What did we witness on the same day I put out the facts about Telco? Striking workers of Telco at the Synod office demanding four months of unpaid salaries and benefits for other work done in the Finance Secretary's private home. Who is still in any doubt about dark clouds covering the affairs of Telco as a business of the Church? My dear pastors we may be taking the Telco scam as a joke but, believe it or not, this is the mode of swindling that has dealt with our SAF liquidity big time, and it must be investigated because it is the channel through which other huge amounts of money are transferred from the Synod Office via Telco to the private interests of Fonki and Ndive, with the compliance of the handpicked manager. Accordingly, that is why I highlighted in the conclusion of my last write-up that for Peace to return, Justice must be done in the following:

1. The re-establishment of financial discipline and probity in the management of human and material resources

2. Bringing sanity back to PCC in the diaspora which has been destabilised by the present leadership’s schemes

3. The reinstatement of the Church’s Constitution which has been mutilated with the complicit silence of the PCC Synod executive committee (Exco)

4. Rehabilitation and recovery of Church money mortgaged in dishonest deals by the Moderator and Finance Secretary with the use of particular contractors, and the Moderator's Intercontinental Hotel lifestyle of bloated bills both at home and abroad.

Regarding the last item, it is no longer a private matter or what they have often dubbed one's life perception! It is important to investigate Moderator Fonki on the desecration of the Pectoral Cross which embodies the office of the moderator. What do I mean here? All previous moderators demonstrated that the sanctity of the Pectoral Cross enjoins probity, responsibility, transparency, accountability and humility in the conduct of all business in the office of moderator. Evidence abounds on how former moderators would pay in monies generated from their evangelical outings in the name of Mission Work Fund. But with Fonki and Ndive Mission Work Fund is private money - Fonki's money!!! Why is the moderator expected to pay in all Mission Work Fund upon a treasury receipt ? Because all official trips are pre-sponsored by the central Church. It is scandalous to discover that under Moderator Fonki the church has been paying millions for unnecessary trips abroad with no proof of official work done - and no mission work fund returned to the church's treasury! As I write, the moderator and wife have been out since June in Europe! Is it a private stay or an official outreach to be borne by the central church? Will Fonki pay in the monies generated by such outreach if at all it is official? I wonder if the 17.000.000R received from the South Africa trip as Mission Work Fund was ever paid in by Moderator Fonki as proceeds generated by that visit of a PCC delegation to South Africa. I challenge my detractors to provide information about Fonki's bills at home and abroad, distinguishing between private and official ones! If any is said to be official then it must be backed up with the mission work fund returned to the church's treasury! I dare you! We would be shocked to learn how the Church has been paying hundreds of millions, if not over a billion, for the Fonkis' intercontinental hotel lifestyle at home and abroad.

Is the PCC an ethnic inheritance? If so why have the Fonkis not inherited from the former moderator his values of Transparency and Accountability?

Let me exit this Part II of My Call for Justice by bringing to light one fact with evidence that stubbornly denied burial recently by the fraud of a Financial Secretary - Ndive. The PCC financial Secretary has infiltrated the PCC's accounting system with systematic corruption by paying and collecting monies for ghost projects through deceiving the entire accounting system with an unreliable SAP Accounting Software which is unfit and unreliable! For the past three years, Ndive started the implementation of SAP, abandoning the SAGE Accounting Software long used by Mrs. lgnes N. Mbongo his predecessor and himself to safeguard the Church's Assets and Resources. After a series of shady deals with some software contractors, Ndive had the nerve to make Mission 21 put in 50.000.000 Fcfa for the unfit SAP software.

And you won't believe that he went on to duplicate this expenditure as having been made by the Synod Office, just to do away with the whole grant from Mission 21! This was the main reason for the dismissal of all those treasury workers - to hide evidence!

Now guess what! That SAP software recently crashed whether by design or by accident - only the clique can say! The PCC is now back to the SAGE Accounting Software. As for the fate of the 50 million from mission 21, your guess is as good as mine! What a shame - that we have such 419 in the PCC's most trusted offices!

Dear Pastors and Christians, I wonder why the Fonki administration which is reputed for its impunity in its dealings with persons like me is finding it difficult to prove me wrong following all my charges against them! Surprising! Rather what we hear more is "lies" "haters" "falsehood" "the devil" "forgiveness" as responses to the hard facts I put forward! Let me remind Moderator Fonki, Ndive and all their naive supporters that I know the value and worth of truth and how it underpins justice! I state the facts as they are, so as to save the PCC from a gangsterlike leadership. I am aware that I do so to the displeasure of all those who are benefiting directly or indirectly from the prevailing anarchy and thievery. But I am also aware that this is God's Will for me as a Pastor of the PCC - to take away from the PCC folks (clergy and laity) the prevailing ignorance about the management of God's resources in the hands of dishonest amateurs! God is in the process of saving His Church - Uber PCC!
