Nigeria consul to NW /SW pays courtesy visit to NW Governor.

Nigeria-Cameroon relations over the years have always recorded fruitful economic harvest, owing to the metropolitan and dynamic nature with which both countries have engaged in trade deals.
Ascertaining and further enabling a vital atmosphere and medium for trade in a bid to ensure peaceful co-existence between Nigerians in Bamenda was the substance of the stay of Nigerian Consul to NW /SW in Bamenda last week.
Ibrahim Mohammed Bashir over the weekend paid a courtesy visit to the North West governor Adolphe Lele LAfrique in which both parties behind closed doors discussed a wide range of issues.
To Consul Ibrahim Bashir it’s of diplomatic importance to report oneself to your host upon arrival in his territory. “We therefore had time to talk on a wide range of issues owing to the fact that it is our wish to see that relations between our nations continue to forge ahead. Progressively it was time for me to let him know if there’s something we can both do to enable the peace process of our countries it will always be welcomed owing to the importance idea sharing holds in the diplomatic world,” he told the press.
Nigeria like Cameroon are two heterogeneous nations who share a lot and the desire to see these unique ties continue is of vital importance, he added.
“Our borders aren’t separated by walls but rather are a turning point. This tells well of the brotherliness to which both nations open arms to one another and we can in no course restrain such relations but rather encourage them to the letter”, Consul General Ibrahim Bashir.
