Urgent Appeal by the Briscam Freedom Party for a Unilateral Military Intervention by US Marines in the Southern Cameroons/Ambazonia.

I frankly don't understand what Donald Trump is waiting for before sending US Marines to deal with the cauldron in Southern Cameroons /Ambazonia.

No 1: The US Ambassador to Cameroon His Excellency Peter Henry Barlerin was threatened on prime time TV by one of Mr. Biya's attack dogs called Banda Kani who promised to send the US Ambassador to the United States in a coffin.

No 2: A Cameroonian soldier was seen on video sending a woman with young baby on her back to a place where she and the baby were cold-bloodedly shot at point-blank range execution style

No 3: A US missionary Charles Wesco,a father of 8 children, was brutally shot at point-blank range in the head by Cameroonian soldiers who then sought to make it appear that this was the work of separatists.

No 4: A 4-month-old baby was shot with a bullet behind the head execution style in the crib by Cameroonian soldiers in the town of Muyuka on 20th May 2019 while Mr. Biya was watching his soldiers march goosestep in Yaounde.

No 5: For 3 years the 86-year dictator has pursued a scorched-earth policy on Southern Cameroons/Ambazonia of ensuring that towns and villages are depopulated by burning up to 206 towns and villages sending 30.000 as refugees into Nigeria and 600.000 as IDPs who are now fending for themselves in the bushes.

No 6: In his quest for what he describes as a one and indivisible Cameroon, the 86-year-old dictator conspired with the Nigerian and the French government to illegally deport to Yaounde 10 leaders of the Southern Cameroons who had acquired refugee status in Nigeria and who have been subjected to trial by a military tribunal in Yaounde. The illegal deportation to Yaounde has since been overturned by the Federal High Court in Abuja which has demanded that they should be returned to Abuja and be paid compensation by the government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as stipulated in the court ruling.

We have come to understand and to respect your suspicion (and contempt) for multilateralism which has been used by some countries to block the UN from acting decisively under Chapter VII of the UN charter whenever they see that their interests are at stake.

In the case of the Southern Cameroons /Ambazonia, it is very clear that United States interests are under threat as a result of the militarization of the Anglophone crisis by the 86 year-old dictator.

It is worth remembering that the United States has already lost an Ambassador Andrew Stevens who was killed an African conflict zone in Benghazi in 2012 along with four others namely USFS officer Sean Smith; CIA contractors Tyrone S. Woods and Glen Doherty; Given the fact that Cameroon is now another serious conflict zone where a specific death threat has already been issued against a sitting US Ambassador in violation against the Vienna convention on the protection of diplomats, it will be a serious miscalculation for the Trump Administration not to take the threat seriously.

We believe that the UN should be frozen while a coalition of willing partners who are sufficiently concerned by need to stop a genocidal criminal should mount an urgent peacemaking military intervention in the Northwest and Southwest regions of Cameroons (which presently prefers to be known as Southern Cameroons /Ambazonia) with the objective of establishing conditions under which refugees and IDPs can return home to their villages in order to rebuild their homes and enable their children to return to school in their respective villages. This cannot happen as long as Biya's soldiers who have been committing arson, rape and child murder are still roaming around from village to village because they have become the agents of state-sponsored terrorism.

The Northwest and the Southwest are the English-speaking regions which over the last three years were repeatedly subjected to selective punitive Internet and power blackouts so as give the army by the Biya regime the cover of darkness to commit murder, rape and arson because after 58 years of Francophone marginalisation the two English-speaking regions with a total population of 8 million are now determined to create a separate sovereign state with English as its official language and to abandon the use of the French controlled FCFA which has proven since 1962 to be a fundamental hindrance to economic development.

It is for these reasons that on behalf of the Southern Cameroons /Ambazonia, the Briscam Freedom Party has decided to take the lead by publicly requesting President Donald Trump to lead a coalition of the willing to mount an urgent military intervention in Southern Cameroons/Ambazonia.

In making this request for intervention by a military/ humanitarian coalition of the willing, we don't want to transform our long suffering people into pawns of any kind of ideological East-West conflict between superpowers.

We willingly welcome a humanitarian military coalition which includes the United States and the Russian Federation (for a change) and which should also include a key European country such as Germany (which we believe is an even-handed world power) and key African countries like South Africa and Uganda which have previous peacemaking experience.

We believe that what has been happening in the Southern Cameroons/Ambazonia during the last three years has been nothing short of genocide behind the closed doors of frigid multilateralism. It has been far more serious than any of the alleged use of chemical weapons in Syria which was used by various military powers to mount punitive strikes against the Syrian government. It has totally discredited both the African Union and the United Nations which have remained paralysed by the impotence of multilateralism or the moral corruption of their leadership.

But we salute the courageous work of the European Union Parliament, the United States Congress and the brave US diplomats who have done their work despite constant threats from the attack dogs of the Biya regime.
