ANNOUNCEMENTS
1. Parishioners are reminded that our church is the house of God, the house of prayer therefore, only prayer meetings and individuals who wish to pray silently without disturbing others are allowed henceforth to pray in church. All other groups should make use of Mgr. Jean Zoa multipurpose building and the Grotto for their activities.
2. Parishioners are informed that the Catholic programme, Catholic Echoes in the National radio station is now broadcasted on Sunday at 10:30pm and not more at 9:30 - 10am as was the usual case.
N/B: Legion of Mary in the Grotto, St. Alexis Choir Wednesday at 3pm Grotto and Lamnso Choir Saturday at 4pm. The Groups are responsible for the cleanliness and orderliness of the Hall after their meetings. Our church should be made conducive for personal and Group prayers.).
3. Any organized group in church that wants to animate mass should apply to the coordination of choirs so as to be programmed. Application should reach the coordination of choirs on or before Sunday 9th June, 2019. Also, presidents and song leaders are invited to attend a meeting on Monday 03/06/2019 at 5:30 pm, to draw up the singing program for the next 6months.
4. Baptism cards of all the children Baptised yesterday, those confirmed today and contribution cards of their parents and God parents shall be distributed next Sunday 16th June 2019 after both masses. Please do well to collect them.
5. Presidents and song leaders are invited to attend a meeting on Wednesday 12th June 2019, after the 5:30pm mass to draw up the singing programme for the next 6 months.
