Nkambe shoots to stardom during the Anglophone crisis. kudos !

NKAMBE the chief town of the Donga /Mantung Division (fondly called the Donkeys and Monkeys Division ) has suddenly become a "town" that every administrator of the regime WISHED he worked there at this material moment considering its the "fertile ground" to harvest NEW APPOINTMENTS into HIGHER HEIGHTS.

NKAMBE "CENTRAL" the name almost synonymous to DONGA MANTUNG itself seems to equate the status of a CITY ( as per some sycophants of the System)...though it’s one of the few "towns" in Anglophone Cameroon that has been STARVED OF BASIC SOCIAL AMENITIES since

50 +years.

NKAMBE,one of the OLDEST Divisions since the days of "ex British Cameroons" is endowed with a large Reservoir of both HUMAN and NATURAL RESOURCES like Gold,Iron Ore,Bauxite (in industrial quantum),lakes, beautiful landscape, ranches and amazing scenery,mountains,Rivers, Fertile volcanic soils for agriculture ,cattle farming etc. The "silent" "mandare" Waterfalls which has a BIGGER capacity than the much-talked-about Menchum falls, high peaks, a long border with Nigeria etc.

NKAMBE, the lone DIVISION (in the Northern Zone) that VOTED to stay with the Federal Republic of Nigeria, just like MANYU DIVISION (in the Southern Zone ) hence the "alleged rumours "that it has been the "unofficial policy " of the regime to PUNISH these TWO STUBBORN DIVISIONS with UNDERDEVELOPMENT since 50 +years.

NKAMBE which has been the "forgotten" Capital of the Donga-Mantung has been synonymous to the ORPHAN CHILD of the system till lately when she (by her Acts, Omission or The HAND OF GOD) has technically NOT embraced the wind of change blowing across ALMOST ALL towns across the Anglophone Cameroons during these trying moments.

NKAMBE, the "shu shu" BABY of the system. The "repentant "child who is CRYING (in the wilderness ) for RECOGNITION by the regime.

NKAMBE (parish) Who even under religious quarters is reputed to pay MORE TITHES than other parishes under the Kumbo Diocese ...yet when it’s time to reap dividends, she is abandoned at the mercy of the wolves.

NKAMBE, the FORGOTTEN and ABANDONED child who stretched her wings (like an airborne eagle) at the frontiers with Nigeria.

NKAMBE, the second Largest Division (at least in land size) ONLY after the Menchum Division in the North West.

NKAMBE, the "capital" of the beautiful SAVANNA high up there almost towering towards the "Blue Skies"!

NKAMBE, rich in Socio -cultural and Political diversity with a Legendary HOSPITALITY to ALL.

NKAMBE who like an ORPHAN in the fairy tale has WAITED PATIENTLY for her turn to "pick crumbs" from the ROYAL BANQUET ...

THE QUESTION NOW IS...WHAT HAS NKAMBE BENEFITED SO FAR FOR HER GOODNESS, HONESTY, LOYALTY, ENDURANCE and TOLERANCE to the system in place ?

NKAMBE is the LONE TOWN in the entire Northwest that life is ALMOST NORMAL ( i.e as regards to the current back-to-school campaigns. Schools are in full gear ).

NKAMBE has been rewarded with the WORST ROAD NETWORK.

No Water. No Electricity for weeks. No basic social amenities. Life is unbearable.e.g a bag of construction cement, salt, cooking gas, rice, fuel, salt etc. costs twice the price in Nkambe (compared with the other STUBBORN Divisions).

NKAMBE has been clamouring for the RING ROAD but guess what? THE RING ROAD Ends in Kumbo hhmmmm ? So when will the Nkambe-Kumbo stretch see the light of day?

NKAMBE has been systematically CUT OFF from the other parts of the North West. Even the administrators find it EXTREMELY DIFFICULT (if not impossible) to pass through the "maginot line" separating NKAMBE TO KUMBO as everybody from Nkambe who MUST get to Bamenda can testify the trip from Nkambe, Fundong....OR Nkambe-Sabongari (parts of Ngaoundere) -Foumbot-Bafoussam -down to BAMENDA. It costs close to 25.000frs cfa for a trip that used to cost 5.000frs and WE thought it was exorbitant.

NKAMBE .(and her ELITES cum POLITICIANS ) can you tell the world the UNPARDONABLE CRIME you are charged with after ALL the sacrifices ?

NKAMBE .For how long must feverish birds tremble in silence before their master CARES about getting medication?

NKAMBE .For how long shall the "patient dog wait to eat the fattest bone "...when the "impatient dog must have eaten the flesh"?

NKAMBE .for how long.for how long ?

NKAMBE.its said "you can fool some people sometimes, but not all the people all the time."

WHO IS FOOLING WHO?

NKAMBE. Isn't it time for the ELITES cum POLITICIANS (who have been fighting in diverse ranks ) to bury their differences ,desires and UNITE under the SLOGAN

"NKAMBE-DONGA MANTUNG DIVISION" FIRST!

* The regime should understand that THE TIME HAS COME TO REWARD NKAMBE WITH HER DESERVED CHUNK OF CHEESE/CAKE FROM THE ROYAL BANQUET!
