Fako Divisional Conference of Traditional Rulers hails Biya’a dialogue move.
We, the Traditional Rulers of Fako Division after keenly listened to the luminary speech of the Head of State - H.E. President PAUL BIYA that delved principally on the issue of the Anglophone crisis that has rocked the two English speaking Regions of the country;
And having taken cognizance of his announcement of the holding of a Major National Dialogue by the end of September 2019 that shall concern MAINLY the situation in the two English-speaking Regions;
Considering that the national dialogue shall be an ALL INCLUSIVE one geared towards bringing the much needed peace and prosperity to our Fatherland;
Considering that TRADITIONAL RULERS shall be an integral part of this peace process;
Considering that the Prime Minister - Head of Government H.E Chief Dr Joseph DION NGUTE who himself is a Traditional Ruler has been chosen to chair this national dialogue;
We, the Traditional Rulers of Fako Division through our Conference do express and extend our heartfelt words of satisfaction and appreciation to the Head of State for harkening to the wishes of the entire people of Cameroon and even beyond for the holding of the Major National Dialogue.
