The Briscam Freedom Party explains why the Grand National Biyalogue was a total Failure.

Breaking News : The mighty Mount Cameroon(13350 feet high above sea level) gave birth to a mouse in Yaounde on 4th October 2019.

We have further learned that the poor mouse did not survive. To put it bluntly, it was Dead on Arrival. Indeed it was a stillbirth because when the attending physician (Prime Minister Dion Ngute) held the mouse on his left hand by the tail and spanked it on the bottom with his right index finger, it did not utter sound or show any sign of life.

We are told that the midwives who were in attendance at this tragic stillbirth included the following persons: Cardinal Christian Weygan Tumi, Peter Mafany Musonge, Simon Munzu, Victor Nfon Mukete, Rene Ze Nguele, John Fru Ndi, Mbombo Njoya, Calixte Beyala, Boubakary Abdoulaye, Chief Dr. Atem Ebako, HM Rene Effa and HM Sadou Boukar.

Other nurses in attendance were people like Barrister Agbor Balla and Eric Chinje who claimed to represent the Diaspora.

It is not entirely clear what kind of knowledge or experience this group of individuals have in political gynaecology and obstetrics. These individuals have neither popular legitimacy, nor are they known to represent any platform that speaks for and on behalf of the people of the Southern Cameroons /Ambazonia.

They are only known for their unquestioning support for an 87-year-old dictator who is responsible for taking the people of the Southern Cameroons /Ambazonia to the catacombs of genocide. But they must go down in history as being fully responsible for the stillbirth of a mouse by Mount Cameroon on 4th October 2019 in Yaounde.

It is known that Mount Cameroon took in the pregnancy on 1st October 2017 and after a difficult pregnancy of three years, Mount Cameroon went into labour on 1st October 2019. While the above midwives were huddled around the pregnant Mount Cameroon in the delivery room in Yaounde, the people of the Southern Cameroons /Ambazonia were out celebrating the anniversary of their independence. Even the Field Marshall of Lebialem could be seen addressing the crowds on the 1st October 2019.

There are situations that can only be explained with parables and metaphors in order to be understood by the wider population. The recently held Biyalogue is an event that can only be explained with the metaphor of a mountain giving birth to a mouse because it failed to produce results that can convince the armed separatists who have now returned into the Bush after coming out on 1st October 2019 to celebrate the independence of the Southern Cameroons /Ambazonia.

This outcome is a vindication of the position of the Briscam Freedom Party which explained why it could not participate in this Biyalogue.

Indeed when the Grand National Dialogue was announced by Mr. Biya, the Briscam Freedom Party gave the following to reasons to explain why it will not participate in Mr. Biya's Dialogue

There are five principal reasons why we cannot participate in any Dialogue with the Biya regime

NO1: BIYA DOES NOT BELIEVE IN Dialogue 7 .

It is on record that Paul Biya has always been opposed to dialogue with the people of the Southern Cameroons /Ambazonia because he looks at them with contempt and has always believed that his military will crush the Anglophones and enable him to impose his annexationist will on them making it unnecessary for him to negotiate anything with them.

Mr. Biya also agreed secretly with French President Emmanuel Macron that France shall block every attempt by the UNSC to act under Chapter VII of the UN charter to bring the crisis to an end. But the hidden agenda was to buy time for Mr. Biya to pursue his military objectives of crushing the Anglophone rebellion. Mr. Biya is calling for this national dialogue because his militaire strategy has failed.

NO2: DIAMETRICALLY OPPOSED POLITICAL GOALS

The people of the Southern Cameroons /Ambazonia have fixed the political goal of achieving full independence with English as its official language and has also decided that they shall withdraw from the CEMAC Franc Zone to join the ECOZONE.

Mr. Biya and his government are still deluding themselves with the mantra that Cameroon is "one and indivisible". This thinking has led Mr. Biya to send many young poorly trained French-speaking soldiers to their deaths over the last three years.

The reality is that the federal union which was formed in October 1961 by a peaceful and voluntary vote of the people of the Southern Cameroons but scrapped by the Ahidjo government in 1972 can never be restored by the Biya government by military force, involving the burning of 200 towns and villages, the sending of 30.000 as refugees into Nigeria and creation of over 600.000 IDPs.

Mr. Biya still dreams about Union in which the French language will remain the language of power and Southern Cameroons will be forced to remain in the French controlled Franc Zone and continue to be a French colony by proxy.

The goals of the people of the Southern Cameroons are so far away from those of those of the Biya regime that nothing can be achieved in Mr. Biya's so-called dialogue because there is no common ground.

NO3: ABSENCE OF AN INTERMEDIARY

Mr. Biya is convening his dialogue at which there will be no neutral party acting as an intermediary. He is interested in a dialogue which will be controlled by the CPDM party so that, like all elections in LRC, everything will be tailored to suit the needs of his party.

An earlier attempt to conduct dialogue in Switzerland with Swiss intermediation was unproductive because Swiss neutrality was questionable due to the fact that Mr. Biya is a Swiss Citizen. Despite his Swiss citizenship the Swiss Federal Prosecutor has failed to indict him for genocide war crimes and crimes against humanity as he is required to do under Article 23 and 24 of the Swiss penal code.

If the Swiss Federal Prosecutor who has been active in indicting Fifa officials on charges of corruption, fails to indict a Swiss Citizen for genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity, then Switzerland cannot be deemed a trusted party to intermediate in the Cameroonian crisis.

NO4: UNACCEPTABLE VENUE

Mr. Biya is calling his forum to take place in Yaounde. The choice of this venue guarantees that no serious minded opinion leader from the Southern Cameroons will come to his dialogue forum because they know the fate of Sisiku Ayuk Tabe and the Nera Ten who were abducted from Abuja in January 2018 is proof that the Biya regime can never be trusted. They were subsequently tried by a military tribunal and sentenced to life imprisonment and fined 250 billion FCFA.

For this reason Southern Cameroons /Ambazonians are advised to stay away from Mr. Biya's national Dialogue because they could either be arrested or targeted for assassination for the purpose of decapitation of the leadership of the Southern Cameroons /Ambazonian movement.

NO5: MILITARY OCCUPATION

Mr. Biya is calling his national dialogue when the Southern Cameroons is under occupation by the Cameroonian army which has continued to burn villages and to kill innocent civilians including babies.

THE WAY FOWARD

The 4-day Biyalogue has produced an important clarification.

(1) The hard-core federalists who want the Southern Cameroons /Ambazonia to be permanently and forcefully annexed by La Republique du Cameroun and brought under the colonial control of the Franco/ Beti/Bulu Triad have finally exposed themselves. We know them by name. They undoubtedly have a following but we don't know how strong is that following.

(2) The armed separatists who refused to participate in the Biyalogue came out and celebrated the anniversary of the Southern Cameroons /Ambazonia independence on 1st October 2019 and have now gone back to their stations in the bushes. They undoubtedly have a following but we don't know how strong is the following.

REFERENDUM

This outcome has only reconfirmed the position of the Briscam Freedom Party which is that the matter can only be settled by a referendum and not by imposition from the Biya regime.

The armed separatists will only lay down their weapons when the UNSC passes a resolution fixing a date for a referendum in Southern Cameroons /Ambazonia. In the meantime the conflict will continue.
