In my opinion, he is an easy-going grassroots administrator, having known him first as SG at NW governor’s Office and later as Momo SDO. This may explain why he is generally a likeable person. His simplicity, however, should not be taken for any laxity in the execution of his duties. He is assiduous and at times too outspoken as an administrator at times to the dislike of some.

Mr Monono Absalom during his term of office as Senior Divisional Officer in Momo Division, as I knew him, was a level-headed administrator,whose decision wasn't influenced by fear or favour. He is outstanding in discipline by his way of implementing procedures in administration, reason why Momo Division has not recorded a mass destruction of property or looting during the ongoing Anglophone crisis. The death toll has never reached the heights and the people within his jurisdiction were quite contented with him being at the helm of administration in Momo.His outspoken nature defined his relationship with the people and those within his circle of service. Many who learned from him branded him as a "Fine-headed". His leaving Momo for his new functions will be leaving a great memory in the history of Administration in Momo Division.
