Serving as Divisional Officer for Momo and close aide to Absalom Woloa Monono Benoit Nicaise Ateba Fouda was amongst the many whose names came to the limelight in the governance of some divisions in the nation. The graduate from ENAM whose distinctive roles in the public service before his first outing to Momo and Doctorate student has the mandate to administer a region he should have learned much about while as D.O.
Momo division which harbours Njikwa, Ngie, Widikum, Batibo, Mbengwi and Andek Subdivisions is said to be a cosmopolitan society whose undulating hills and slopes have necessitated the growth of coffee, maize, cocoyams amongst others. Despite these riches, the Anglophone crisis jeopardized parts of the municipalities with many resorting to living outside the community. Through this wedlock, agricultural produce had greatly dropped as some human lives were thus lost.
Consequently the desire for a return to normalcy is much awaited as Nicaise is expected to do what "Napoleon left undone". It should be noted Momo Division was amongst the worst in terms of school resumption and attendance records. Many hope to see a change in storyline.
